I have first sought advice from PC Repair Man when I was preparing a business plan for Coffee H@ME Internet as I realized that my technical knowledge of computers was limited.
Louis (PC Repair Man technician) has explained to me that a good internet café needs to make sure that all equipment is professionally protected against viruses that the systems run smoothly and are well equipped to cater for modern requirements.
I have since employed the company to set up the cafe system and to advise me on specification of all of our computers. I regularly call Louis in for technical support in the internet cafe and he has never let me down. He cannot always make an appointment on the same day but I have never been or felt left in lurch. On several occasions Louis has guided me to solve the problem over the phone. It is a service that I am paying a little extra for but for my business it is necessary to have a working system at all times.
I would recommend PC Repair Man to anyone who is in need of a honest opinion and professional service. I especially like the fact that Louis takes time to explain any problem to me in plain English and in detail so I never feel confused or cheated out of money when the invoice comes.

My laptop started making horrid clicking noises after loading some photos. It was still under warranty but I knew the manufacture was not going to care about my files, many of which were photos from my dad's 80th birthday.
I called Louis who immediately put me at ease. As I lived nearby I dropped by his shop where he was more then happy to answer all of my questions and remained calm while working through various options to see what could be saved. Not only did he manage to gain access, find the recent photos he also provided DVDs of all my images and documents in a couple of hours. I can't thank him enough for the great job and for making a distressing situation much more bearable.
Never let your husband use percusion Maintinance on your beloved Laptop. Especially on an Apple mac.
But Louis to the rescue.... Its hard not to feel relaxed with a guy who is professional and efficient.
I wouldn't take my apple mac laptop to any one else....
