Expert Consultation:

All of our shop repairs are based on a 30 minutes FREE consultation period. During this diagnoses we determine whether the issue can be resolved and establish the price of the repair - including labour and any parts necesarry. All quotations are fully itemised. We do not start any work without your consent and therefore there are no hidden charges. Most of our cases are completed within 2/3 days and sometimes, you can even drop off the machine in the morning and have it back the same day. (this scenario depends on the complexity of the problem and availability of labour and parts.)

Our quotations and consultations have no obligation, however due to fluctuations in market prices of components, they are usualy valid for one week. All labour is guaranteed for one year and all new parts for minimum of 12 months. Details will be specified in your quotation.

Workshop Services:

Over 95% of computer problems can be diagnosed within the free consultation period. Should the problem be more complex, then we begin charging for work at the regular standard workshop hourly rate. However you will be informed of this and will have to agree before we continue our detailed diagnosis. Upgrades and Servicing:

Computers are expensive investments and it would be wonderfully easy if you could buy a new one each time a problem occurs. This is not always the option for all of us. Our experienced engineers can perform effective and preventative servicing to ensure your computer will be running optimally. We can also offer and advise on cost effective upgrades to bring your computer up to date to run today's more demanding applications without the need and extra cost of replacing the entire computer. For example: graphic card upgrades, memory upgrades, adding additional harddrive etc. Contact us for quotation.

Home Visits:

If you can’t bring your computer into our workshop, you may benefit from our convenient Home Repair service. For a £15* callout charge our experienced engineer will contact you to arrange a suitable time to visit and diagnose your computer problem. In the 30 min consultation, he will determine whether the problem can be resolved and give you a quotation for the work. The majority of problems can solved on site, however, there are some scenarios where work cannot be completed outside of our workshop. In these cases our labour will be charged at workshop rates (more econmical) and we offer the transportation of the machine to the workshop and back to you with no extra charge. Please check out our Home Visit rates. *An additional fuel surcharge may be applicable if you live further than 7 miles from city centre.
